What we store

Your username and a hashed password, your profile details, your Vibe Check answers, the photos you upload, your reservations, and, for couples, the contact details you give us to invite your partner. Passwords are never stored in readable form.

Who can see it

You, and the small team that arranges your night with the club. Your Vibe Check and photos are only visible to your partner if you switch them to "Share with my partner" yourself; your partner's answers are only visible to you if they do the same. Gallery photos are private to you (and your partner, if you are a couple) unless you mark them public; public photos are shown, with your display name, to logged-in members in the Lounge until you switch back. Nothing is ever listed outside the site or sold.

Reservations

To process a reservation we pass the club your display name, party size, date, arrival time and any notes you add, plus whatever that club requires for entry. Our team reads your profile and Vibe Check to make sure the night fits you; they are never published or handed to other members.

Photos

Photos are stored with our media provider under a private folder tied to your account and are removed from storage when you delete them.

Invitations

If you register as a couple, we use your partner's email address or mobile number only to send them your invitation. Those contact details are visible only to you.

Deleting your data

You can delete photos at any time. To delete your whole account, contact us and we will remove it along with your answers, photos and reservations.
